Pattern gives instructions for you to make your own Baby Beardie. This is NOT a product for babies! stuffed animals should not be given to children under 3 years of age.

you need a working printer to print out the pattern.

When finished your Baby Beardie Buddy will measure approximately:
16 inches high
27 inches around depending on how full you stuff it
VERY HUGGABLE :)

- Baby Beardie Buddy Tutorial Booklet giving VERY detailed step by step instructions. 23 page tutorial includes more than 75 color photos to help illustrate the process. I wanted to make patterns that take the guess work out of sewing and make it fun again. Print out the booklet and pattern to work from OR just print out the pattern and view the tutorial on your device to save ink.
-printable PDF Baby Beardie Buddy pattern. This will need to be assembled so you will need tape but it goes together very well.

THIS IS INTERMEDIATE LEVEL SEWING:
Only because stitching the couple of inches around the nose involves a lot of tight turning. That is the only challenging section and could be sewn by hand if you are uncomfortable with tight turns on seams.

You will need to be able to perform tasks similar to setting in a curved seam like a sleeve cap, slowly sew through multiple thick layers, sew with seam allowance as small as 1/8 inch and hand sew a ladder stitch (invisible stitch).

The fabric I like to use is from Joann.com
Blizzard Fleece Fabric 59"-Khaki Tie Dye
Blizzard Fleece Fabric- Solids/ Ivory
Craft Felt Fabric 72" - Black or Dark Brown (eyes)

I have included screen shots from the tutorial so you can see an example of how the pattern is laid out and so you can see the supplies required.

This is not a mass produced pattern from some giant company. I personally made every part of this pattern and tutorial. I have done my best to proofread and test sew but no one is perfect.
